The goal of this project is to optimize garden watering systems and to take existing painpoints into account and include them in the design process. In order to get a better understanding of the brand and products, current Kärcher products had to be tested and analyzed in addition to competitor analysis.

The water station covers 3 application areas through simple handling: shower, spray gun and sprinkler. The shower can be modified into a spray gun with an integrated hose or a stationary sprinkler with 3 different levels. During the design process special attention was paid to the pain points intuitive handling and stability. The aspect of managing the hose has also been taken up again. The uniform design is aesthetically clean, compact and brings simplicity. Breaking the rules of the powerful classic design makes the water station a lifesytle product and creates a new segment.
